# Terms and Conditions for Cafe Medic

Welcome to Cafe Medic! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cafe Medic mobile application, website, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), which are owned and operated by Ammeaz International Pvt Ltd ("Ammeaz International," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
## Account Registration
You must register for an account to access features of the Service. You agree to (a) provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) maintain the security of your account by not sharing your password with others and restricting access to your account and your computer or mobile device; (d) promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service; and (e) take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
## Content
You are responsible for the Content that you use or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content on the Service, we grant you the right and license to use,the Service. We retain any and all of your rights to any Content we submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
## Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in case you don't follow our terms and conditions
## Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cafe Medic and its licensors.
## Termination
Services of any user shall be and will be terminated if one user gives access to any other user.
Services shall and will be terminated if a candidate takes screen shot or shares the content to another candidate through any means be it ectronic or manual, photocopy or any other means.
Services and leagl action will also be taken if a camdidate or any developer or a app maker copies design layout setting of the app as well plus any content.
Legal action will also be taken against such candidates
## Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
## Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms, the Service, or use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by us. The venue of arbitration shall be srinagar J&k. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
In case due to certain extraordinary circumstances like prolonged shutdown,prolonged internet shut down,natural disasters, war like situations etc no refund or any adjustment of fees paid shall me made. The services shall not be extended for such a period of disruption
## Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
